What do customers say?
They did an amazing job on my roof! They were quick and they were pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond by checking our attic to ensure there were no previous leaks and to make sure our roof was well ventilated. After the job was completed they went around our property to ensure it was clean.
Excellent work. Very, very pleased. Honest, professional, yet friendly. Fair prices; excellent crew of workers. Everything left neat and tidy when the job was finished. Thank you Joel & your crew for a job well done. I would highly recommend this company.
Do you need a permit to re-roof?
For new shingles of the same kind, usually not. Brantford, Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville and Cambridge all exempt a straight re-shingle in writing, while Milton and the County of Brant publish no exemption.[2][3][4][5][6] Changing material, adding a skylight or repairing structure can need one.
